My Passion - Your Style
My name is Judy Segaloff. Does it ever get better than being on Oprah?
I appeared on her show in 1994 after writing my first book. After 30 years marketing top brands including Gabila’s Knishes, Sony, Tofutti and producing events for Lord & Taylor, I decided to focus on something I truly love. Something that makes me feel good.
I pivoted my talents into Interior Design, specializing in Israeli homes. SmartSpace.Design is the company I built to help people build and renovate, creating their very own castles.
My passion for decorating developed after designing four homes and offices, in tony Irvington and Scarsdale, New York, two more in Michigan and then here in Israel. After landing in Israel, I took my passion to the next level – studying Interior Design at the Yael Steinberger School of Design in Modiin, where I received my certification.
It’s all about the texture, the fabric, the ambiance, the mystique of infusing your environment with a feeling. Through design you create comfort, and everything surrounding you-- furniture, colors, lights, even sounds should reflect your personal signature- your family’s unique style. I will work with you to brand your home – with a kitchen that you can’t wait to cook in, a nook where you just want to curl up with a good book, and a bedroom that inspires you to spend a romantic staycation under deep, soft comforters.

My design obsession leads me to obscure and unique décor outlets here in Israel and beyond. I love creative foraging to find the exact item that will thrill you every time you look at it. Home design in Israel is different than anything you’ve experienced anywhere else. There are hidden treasures everywhere just waiting to be discovered.
My company, SmartSpace.Design manages projects from beginning to end, from concept design, autocad and 3D drawings to project management and last touch “finishings” so your home becomes your castle and your own very unique “look” is reflected everywhere you sit, cook, eat or sleep inside your home and garden.
