A Few of My Favorite Things
One of the best aspects of being an Interior Designer is the prospect of shopping for beautiful things. If you love a home that feels comfortable and makes you happy, it all starts with a shopping trip. Or several. Everywhere you look, you can find design inspiration.
Here are some things I found on recent trips that made my toes curl - in a good way - and made me want to share them with my clients, so they can get ideas to create their own special environments.

I spotted this crazy ceramic teapot at the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv. How intricate is this bouquet of ceramic flowers? It makes me yearn for a cuppa! Or a bouquet. Or both.

And while we are on the topic of cuppas, these bronze cocktail snifters are stored in a dreamy overhead rack at Nini Choo in Petach Tikva. If you love Japanese fusion and adore incredible design, this is a go-to restaurant for both.

And if you were wondering "what's in a chain?" Here is a wall made out of multi-color metal chains. If you wonder what it looks like up close, here is a closer look:

How cool is this couch I saw at Design City's ID Design?

And this one. Because in an open floor plan the backs of the couches matter as much as the front and the cushions.

Wooden slats on ceiling sculpted lamps and sconces from Tel Aviv's Vayihi Ohr.
